CALVERO acoustic aluminum panels are used for the construction of acoustic screens to protect against noise. We produce panels that are absorptive on one side, absorptive on both sides and reflective. Our aluminum panels are among the most effective
solutions for combating noise. Our products are characterized by high durability (estimated lifespan – a minimum of 30 years), and do not require special maintenance after installation. A wide range of colors allows the construction of aesthetically pleasing screens
acoustic.

Dimensions
  • Height 500 mm, thickness 125 mm, standard panel length is 5000 mm. It is possible to prepare special lengths in the range up to 6000.
  • The panel is certified in accordance with the current EN14388 standard.
Construction
  • Increased rigidity due to embossed profiles
  • Standard perforation with a diameter of 8 mm, up to 32% area share of perforation
  • Mineral wool with a density of min. 90 kg/m3

AL1S single-sided absorbing aluminum panels

Single-sided absorbing aluminum panels are the most common type used in the construction of acoustic screens.rnrnIt is made of two aluminum sheets, one perforated and the other solid, joined together by extruded aluminum profiles. Mineral wool is responsible for sound absorption.

AL2S absorbing aluminum panels on both sides

Double-sided absorbing aluminum panels are used wherever sound absorption is needed on both sides of an acoustic screen (for example, in a separation strip).rnrnThis type of panel is built from two perforated aluminum sheets joined together by extruded aluminum profiles. Two layers of mineral wool separated by a cement board are responsible for sound absorption.

AL3 and AL3B aluminum reflective panels

Reflective aluminum panels are used when sound absorption is unnecessary. They are constructed of two solid aluminum sheets, joined together by extruded aluminum profiles. Depending on the required insulation class, reflective panels can be manufactured with or without mineral wool.
